Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors across 15+ countries
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Lead month-end closing activities with zero tolerance for errors
- Train and mentor 3 junior AP team members on best practices
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in multinational corporations
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, Concur, and OCR technology
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table mastery
- Proven track record of process optimization reducing cycle time by 30%+
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
