Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile 500+ monthly invoices with precision
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Train junior AP staff on new procedures and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of accounts payable processing expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
