Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage complex payment cycles across international suppliers
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize invoice workflow using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Coordinate month-end closing activities
- Analyze payment trends and implement cost-saving measures
- Lead AP process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and audit compliance
- Strong analytical skills with financial reporting experience
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
