Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate vendor master records and address database.
- Review contracts and payment terms to ensure compliance.
- Process payments via wire transfer, ACH, and check.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve invoice routing issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
