Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 50+ corporate clients
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation with external partners
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial reporting
- Lead month-end closing processes with reconciliations
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA skills)
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and audit coordination
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial reporting for multi-state entities
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
