- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow
- Prepare financial statements and executive dashboards for leadership
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (Sage 100 preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in public accounting or fintech industry preferred
