Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor communications, dispute resolution, and payment terms negotiation
- Implement and optimize AP workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Coordinate month-end closing activities and financial reporting support
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior AP staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in mid-to-large corporations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of implementing process automation tools
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and vendor management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
