Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contracts and terms
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Analyze AP data to identify process improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-size to large organizations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (1000+ invoices monthly)
