Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Prepare weekend payroll runs and tax compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data using QuickBooks and Excel for weekend reporting
- Coordinate with weekday accounting team for seamless financial operations
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain weekend audit trail documentation
- Support weekend cash flow management and treasury operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of weekend or shift-based accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid Nevada CPA license or actively pursuing certification
