Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processing for high-volume transactions
- Optimize vendor payment cycles and dispute resolution processes
- Implement advanced reconciliation procedures for multi-entity accounts
- Lead month-end closing activities with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on process improvements
- Manage 1099 reporting and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years AP experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
