Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations

- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on compliance strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal/state banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML, Reg E)
- Certifications (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience with compliance management software
