- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Conduct month-end closing activities and support financial audits
- Implement cost-saving initiatives in payment processing and vendor management
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
