Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors using Oracle ERP
- Conduct 3-way matching and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Lead month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment optimization
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (Coupa, Tipalti)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Mentor junior AP staff and cross-functional training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- SAP/Oracle ERP implementation and optimization experience
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Experience with international payment processing and FX regulations
- Proven success in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
