Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice reconciliation and payment cycles using NetSuite
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements reducing processing time by 20%
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Train and mentor junior AP team members
- Resolve vendor disputes and maintain strong relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
