Responsibilities
- Optimize invoice processing workflow for 500+ monthly vendor transactions
- Lead month-end closing with 3-way matching and reconciliation accuracy
- Implement automation strategies using SAP Ariba and Coupa systems
- Manage vendor relationships including dispute resolution and terms negotiation
- Train 3 junior AP specialists on compliance protocols
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure SOX compliance for all AP documentation
- Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate environments
- SAP Ariba or Coupa certification preferred
- Expert-level Excel with VBA or Power Query skills
- CAPP or CTP certification required
- Proven track record of reducing processing time by 30%+
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with KPI reporting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
