Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Implement and enhance AP workflows using NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment optimization
- Conduct month-end closing tasks and support financial reporting
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation
- Lead AP process improvement initiatives for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven track record in process automation and workflow redesign
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification (e.g., CAPP, APMP) strongly preferred
