Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Implement and maintain AP automation systems to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contract terms
- Analyze payment trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
