Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 5 business days
- Optimize workflow using SAP and Concur systems for 300+ monthly transactions
- Collaborate with procurement team to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- CPA or AP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of process improvement in AP operations
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environment
