Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with proactive communication
- Optimize payment workflows using NetSuite ERP to ensure timely and accurate disbursements
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment terms and cash flow optimization
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance and audit readiness
- Analyze AP data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Lead month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Experience managing high-volume payment cycles in a fast-paced environment
