- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for loan approval committees
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure optimal financing solutions
- Stay updated on Hawaii's economic indicators and regulatory changes
- Utilize advanced Excel modeling and financial software for analysis
- Present findings clearly to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of credit principles and risk assessment frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid Hawaii driver's license required for occasional client visits
