Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account products, and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to introduce our suite of financial products and services.
- Maintain the security of cash drawers and adhere to strict regulatory compliance and audit procedures.
- Reconcile daily balances and ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; previous banking or retail experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to pass a background check.
