Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment reconciliations with 99.9% accuracy
- Lead month-end closing activities including AP accruals and reconciliations
- Implement and optimize AP workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct vendor statement audits and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Mentor junior AP staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable processing experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Excel
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and invoice validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Remote work experience with self-management capabilities
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
