Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize invoice processing using Oracle ERP system
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP aging schedules
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
