Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Implement and improve AP workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly financial reviews
- Process high-volume check and ACH payments
- Analyze vendor discounts and payment terms optimization
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems for invoices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- NetSuite ERP certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
