Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial solutions and product recommendations
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Uphold stringent security protocols for cash handling and sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to maintain composure during peak transaction volumes
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid Tennessee Notary Public license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills with diverse customer demographics
