Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment terms optimization
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Analyze aging reports and provide cash flow forecasting support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP/Oracle ERP system expertise required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack/Teams)
