Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment reconciliations
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Conduct quarterly audits and compliance reviews
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP department
- Train junior staff on financial protocols
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven problem-solving skills for invoice discrepancies
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
