Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payments within 30-day cycles
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and NetSuite systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Lead month-end closing activities for accounts payable
- Train junior AP staff on compliance procedures
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and NetSuite ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
