Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within Net-30 terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinate with procurement teams on invoice discrepancies
- Execute month-end closing procedures for AP ledger
- Optimize payment processing workflows using SAP
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with month-end closing and reconciliation
- Knowledge of sales tax regulations and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- AP or CERP certification a plus
