Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reimbursements within SLAs
- Conduct three-way matching and vendor reconciliation for 500+ active vendors
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and NetSuite ERP systems
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain vendor relationship records
- Support month-end closing and audit preparation activities
- Analyze aging reports and implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation a plus
- Expertise in 1099 processing and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
