Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment execution
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment workflows to ensure timely processing and discounts capture
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems with strict compliance protocols
- Analyze AP data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in mid-to-large companies
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with vendor management and payment automation tools
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
