Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processing, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment execution via ERP systems.
  • Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve discrepancies with 100% accuracy.
  • Review and approve expense reports and travel vouchers in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing inquiries and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reconciliation principles.
