Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with exceptional attention to detail
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP to ensure timely processing
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment issues and maintain vendor relationships
- Prepare monthly AP reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of processing high-volume invoices (1000+ monthly)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-management abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CAPP, APF) preferred
