Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Generate AP reports for financial analysis and management review
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven experience with process optimization in AP workflows
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
