Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Process high-volume invoice matching and three-way verification
- Optimize payment cycles and early payment discount strategies
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Lead month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Train and mentor junior AP team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expert in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
