Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to drive strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and investment evaluation
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and financial reporting standards
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance team financial literacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA and Power BI/Tableau visualization experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
