Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processing with 99.9% accuracy
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Lead month-end closing procedures with tight deadlines
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system familiarity
- CPA or candidate status highly desirable
- Proven experience with SOX compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
