Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports including P&L statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP systems
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven track record in financial reporting
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
