Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 20+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliation reports
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple business entities
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain GAAP-compliant documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record with multi-entity accounting
- Advanced knowledge of tax regulations (CA/FED)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, EA) a plus
