Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and cost optimization
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Identify process improvements using financial analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in tech/fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
