Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile complex GL accounts and bank statements monthly
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA skills preferred)
- CPA or candidate strongly preferred
- Proven track record in month-end closing processes
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
