Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers using provided banking equipment
- Utilize digital tools and security devices to maintain accurate account records and prevent fraud
- Deliver exceptional customer service while operating provided cash handling systems and check processing machines
- Operate provided core banking software and digital signature pads for account management
- Balance cash drawer daily using provided reconciliation tools and counterfeit detection devices
- Assist with marketing campaigns using provided promotional materials and digital displays
- Participate in training sessions for new banking equipment and software updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in using provided banking technology and digital tools
- Strong attention to detail with provided reconciliation systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate provided customer service platforms
- Ability to stand for extended periods while using provided teller stations
