Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and sub-ledgers daily
- Oversee payroll processing for 200+ employees
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Maintain confidential financial records in encrypted systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume transaction processing
- Expertise in month-end closing procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
