Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing activities including reconciliations and journal entries
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to deadlines
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Coordinate with international teams during off-hours
- Lead special projects like process improvements or system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on night shift
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multinational accounting systems
