Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Support the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Assist with external audit preparations and documentation requests.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial records and tax documents.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong working knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new software and accounting systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
