Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and reports.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management regarding financial performance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity in the accounting system.
- Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
