Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Prepare and review tax filings, compliance documents, and audit schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate general ledger and implement internal controls
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationship management
- Develop financial models and ad-hoc reporting for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
