Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Lead audits and tax preparation processes with external auditors and tax authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
