Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform complex month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure accurate tax filings and maintain compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions with high precision.
- Assist in external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA certification or active CPA candidate status is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
