Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage multi-entity accounting systems and consolidation processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Coordinate external audits and ensure SOX compliance documentation
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff on technical procedures
- Collaborate with tax department on quarterly filings and planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record in multi-entity accounting management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
